The Bankruptcy Section
Annual Meeting and Elections will be held at this meeting. All section
members are encouraged to attend.
Registration and dinner will open at 5:30 PM,
the program will begin at 6:00 PM.
A look at
the Local Rules of the Bankruptcy Court in the District of Minnesota.
Judge Ridgway will discuss recent revisions to the Local Rules as well as
re-visiting those that every practitioner appearing in bankruptcy court should
know and follow.
