Debt Collection and Avoiding FDCPA Violation

Please join us for an analysis of a recent Minnesota Court of Appeals case that held an attorney violated the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) by serving a mechanic’s lien statement. The program will include discussion into what the FDCPA is as well as best practices for attorneys to mitigate exposure to FDCPA liability.

Lunch is included with your registration. Registration and lunch begin at 11:45 AM. The CLE program is from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
