ADR Ethics - A Multimedia Exploration with Annual Elections Lunch

This is the last session of the 2018 – 2019 bar year.  Elections for 2019 – 2020 will be held and lunch will be provided! Elections will start at 12 noon and the CLE will begin by 12:15 pm. Lunch, registration, and introductions will be planned for at 11:45 am. Special meal requests must be made in advance.

CLE Program:

Using the Dispute Resolution Institute’s Mediation Case Law Teaching Videos (produced by Professor James Coben and the Minnesota State Bar Association), Professor Sharon Press will lead the group in an interactive discussion of the Rule 114 Appendix – Code of Ethics.  We will explore our individual role morality as well as the explicit parameters of the Code of Ethics. Time will be provided for attendees to pose questions so come with an ethical issue that has been concerning you!
