Lunch, registration and networking begins at 11:45 am. The CLE program
begins at 12:00 pm and goes until 1:00
pm.
Program:
Professor Konar-Steenberg will discuss recent cases highlighting
separation of powers issues in administrative law including the constitutional
status of ALJs, notable uses of the APA as a check on executive power, and the
future of judicial deference to agencies.
This CLE presentation is a part of
the Capitol CLE Series for Local and State Government and Judicial
Attorneys. Designed for Minnesota state agency and judicial attorneys,
the Capitol CLE series features programs on a variety of topics, including data
practices, administrative law issues, ethics and elimination of bias.
Conveniently located near the Capitol, the CLEs are offered at low cost and

Transportation: If you need transportation to the CLE,

Street Station, which is one block from the Judicial Center. Parking can be
tight in the Capitol area, especially during the Legislative Session.
