business meeting at 12 Noon prior to the CLE program that starts by 12:15 pm.
Lunch is brown bag, however, light refreshments will be
provided.
CLE Program:
Employers and workers continue to be challenged with the
increased number of diverse religious perspectives and faith practices in the
workplace. How has legislation and case law framed the responsibilities of
employers and workers when dealing with religious expression and accommodation
requests? When there is conflict, what role can mediation serve in
reconciling the differences? This presentation will provide helpful
guidance to these important issues.
