Join us for an overview
of federal and Minnesota wildlife protection laws, including the federal
Endangered Species Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and Bald
and Golden Eagle Protection Act. The seminar will address implementation
of these laws by State agency natural resource practitioners, addressing
multiple perspectives and providing Minnesota examples. The seminar will also highlight emerging changes in
the law, challenges to existing law, and the implications of these
changes for wildlife across the country.
Lunch will be provided.
