This presentation will cover ethical issues
that are unique to construction lawyers such as conflicts involving current and
former clients, framing the engagement with small contractors, representing
multiple contractors on the same project / lawsuit, communicating with
government agencies, settlement posturing, lobbying, attending public meetings,
and confidentiality concerns.
Lunch is included with your registration.
Registration and lunch begin at 11:45 AM. The CLE program is from 12:00 PM -
1:00 PM.
