This session will focus
on issue spotting and document preparation for estate plans involving elder law
issues. The presenters will use case studies to set out facts, identify issues,
come up with a list of planning options, as well as make specific
recommendations on document preparation and drafting. The fact scenarios will
incorporate Medicaid, Veterans Benefits, Tax, Gifting, and Fiduciary
issues.
Participants bring their
lunches to the presentation. However, lunch will not be provided.
