Deadline to Register: January 22, 2019
Lunch will be provided. Registration will begin at 11:30
am. The program will begin at 12:00 pm.
What is a water of the United States? Since
2000, determining the reach of this key, yet undefined by statute, jurisdiction
element of the Clean Water has been confusing and contradictory as it has
included two trips to the Supreme Court, three different administrative
definitions and rules under three different administrations, numerous Federal
district and circuit court fights and a pending return to the Supreme
Court. The Trump administration has just announced its own WOTUS rule and
more litigation is expected. We are assembling a panel of experts that
will discuss where the WOTUS rule has been and where it might be going, and more
importantly, how it affects your clients and businesses. We will answer
the question does this fight really matter in Minnesota.
