What are subscription fees? Can an attorney
ethically charge a subscription fee for legal services? If it is ethical
for an attorney to charge a client a subscription – based fee, why would an
attorney want to do so? In this CLE, two experienced practitioners will discuss
the benefits, advantages, and drawbacks of subscription fees, how they use
subscription fees in their practice, and how you can incorporate subscription
fees ethically into your practice as well.
