Event Description
Deadline to Register: Tuesday, February 12,
2019
All too often litigators
ignore the important role insurance can play in litigation – both in terms of
getting your client paid or making sure your client’s duty to defend is
triggered. The purpose of this CLE is to give litigators a basic understanding
of the role pleading practice can play in triggering or excluding insurance
coverage. It will cover pre-litigation tips and tricks for dealing with
insurance coverage issues, pleading strategies for triggering insurance coverage
and the duty to defend, and how to avoid common
pitfalls.
A
Trial Books CLE: Trial Books is a new practicelaw resource. Members
provide a complete collection of successful trial documents, from
"complaint to closing argument." These documents are then introduced in our
Trial Books CLE series.
