I-9 Compliance and Immigration Law for Agricultural Employers

This CLE course will address the intersection of immigration law and agricultural employment. The presentation will include the following:

  • An overview of immigration law for attorneys who practice in other areas

  • Practical guidance regarding I-9 compliance and hiring procedures for employers

  • Special visas that may apply to agricultural employment (H2A & J1)

Light food and beverages will be provided.
