begin at 11:30 am. The CLE program will begin at 12:00 pm.
This CLE will cover
issues to consider when advising clients in the arts and
entertainment industry when planning their estates.
Presenters:
Jennifer Santini, Jayne Sykora and Blake Iverson
Shortly after graduating from law school in 2009, Jayne and Jen formed Sykora
& Santini PLLC. Sykora & Santini provides estate planning, estate
administration and business law services to clients around the Twin Cities
Metro. Both Jen and Jayne are active volunteers with Wills For Heroes and are
members of the Drafting Wills & Trust Agreements Deskbook committee for
Minnesota CLE. Jayne is currently serving on both the Hennepin County Bar
Association and Hennepin County Bar Foundation boards. Jen was recently elected
to her first term to the Woodbury City Council.
Blake Iverson is a
Minneapolis attorney and educator. He is the co-founder of the Iverson Felsheim
law firm, where he specializes in business law, intellectual property and
entertainment. Blake currently teaches Arts Entrepreneurship at the
Minneapolis College of Art and Design and has previously taught at St. Mary's
University of Minnesota, the Institute of Production and Recording and McNally
Smith College of Music.
