Section Annual Meeting and Elections will be held at this meeting. All

Registration and dinner will begin at 5:30 PM. The section Annual Meeting
and CLE will begin at 6 PM.
This presentation will focus on issues of interest relating to commercial
real estate leases that arise pre-petition (to terminate the lease or not?) and
post-petition (post-petition rent, financing, § 506(c) waivers, store closing
sales) from the perspectives of the landlord, the debtor, and the secured
lender.
