Program Description:

The phrase “implicit bias” is used frequently, but what exactly does it mean? Through examples, including optical illusions and group exercises, this presentation showcases the ways in which we can exercise bias without even realizing it; shares the latest research regarding its impact on the legal profession (including the reasons people hire us); and discusses ways to combat its effect.

Presenter:

Sybil L. Dunlop, Partner | Greene Espel PLLP

Presenter Sybil Dunlop is a partner at Greene Espel PLLP who serves clients in both the public and private sectors.
