Embedding Civility in Conversations that Turn Political

Event Description

Deadline to Register: May 15

In the midst of our current political climate, conversations amongst colleagues may take unexpected twists. When this happens, one aspect that is often sacrificed or neglected is respect and civility for the people we are in dialogue with. This presentation will walk us through ways we can embed civility in our professional conversations when they turn political and ensure that we all depart those conversations with our dignity and humanity intact.
