Deadline to Register: May 1,

Program
Description:
Earn CLE credit while basking in the glow with a panel of
veteran consumer litigators who will be discussing lessons learned over their
years of practice. The general theme will be to provide tips and practice
pointers based upon years of experiences relating to the development and growth
of their consumer practices. Both plaintiff’s and defendant’s perspectives
will be well represented. Come and receive a primer on how to avoid the
pitfalls you’ll face when making critical decisions early in your career (as
well as some that even trip up seasoned counsel) and leave with an outline of
important factors any lawyer conducting a practice in consumer law must
consider. This session will include Q&A from the audience.
A social hour will follow the presentation, including
drinks and light refreshments. Free for MSBA members, law students and new
admittees. Don’t miss this opportunity to network and socialize with your peers
and seasoned litigators!
