Investigator Training - An Update on the Challenges of Mental Health and Disabilities in the Workplace

We will discuss an employer’s obligations to employees under the Americans with Disabilities Act, focusing on providing reasonable accommodations.  This session will address considerations of issues involving mental health of an employee when investigating complaints.  

Investigator Trainings are sponsored by the MSBA Labor & Employment Section and planned for the benefit of investigators at our governmental agencies.

Registration and lunch begin at 11:45 am.
