Hear from prominent Labor law experts from
an employee, employer and neutral perspective on how to be effective in
utilizing Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) with Collective Bargaining
Agreement (CBA). The panel will discuss situations that routinely occur in
Labor law and share tips from real life situations on how they have used ADR to
their benefit.
Lunch is brown bag. Light
refreshments will be provided, however.
