eDiscovery and Information Governance for Office 365

Event Description

Deadline to Register: March 7, 2018

Join Epiq to learn about one of the most disruptive and potentially transformative technologies to arrive in the litigation and eDiscovery arena in the past 20 years-Office 365. Office 365 is quickly becoming the primary repository of email, documents, and other ESI. In addition, there are built in tools to identify, preserve, collect, and analyze the ESI residing within Office 365. This discussion will clearly explain the implications of Office 365 from a litigation and eDiscovery perspective and break down the built-in tools: what they do, how they work, and their benefits and limitations.

The New Lawyers Section Business Meeting with round table discussion will follow the CLE at 5:30 pm.
