Not Your Typical Dog and Pony Show - Service and Assistance Animals in Residential and Commercial Settings

Assistance animals are a critical source of support for many individuals with physical and mental disabilities.  They are also a source of tension for landlords and business owners.  What rules apply?  What protection does the law provide residents?  This CLE will cover a wide range of topics including the difference between a service animal and an assistance animal, permissible and non-permissible inquiries related to such animals, assistance animal security deposits, breed restrictions, and plane travel.

Lunch and registration will begin at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at 12:00 p.m.
