will discuss when an offer in compromise will get the client a better result than
a bankruptcy, and compare many of the differences in process between
the two. If time allows he will also discuss how the 2017 Tax bill
may affect those filing for bankruptcy. He will also discuss the
latest issues in whether or not the 2 year rule is still good law
for late filed returns.
