An outline of the major provisions of the Federal Tax Act
that became effective January 1, including discussion of the impact to
individuals, estates and trusts, and businesses. Discussion of the potential
impact of the Federal changes on Minnesota tax law, early strategies and client
questions emerging from the new rules, and quality control issues practitioners
need to consider to ensure template documents are updated for the changes.
