meeting one week earlier than our usual meeting date.
Registration and dinner will begin at 5:30 PM. The section meeting
and CLE will begin at 6 PM.
Peter Stein will give a brief overview of the Practice Committee and how it
can help you in your practice (he’ll explain how a matter or issue becomes a
local rule or change to a local rule). Steven Opheim will
share the process as to how the new chapter 13 plan evolved and why
Minnesota opted out. Orin Kipp and Nicole Anderson will share major
changes in the Chapter 13 plan that impact your clients, whether they are a
creditor or a debtor.
