for structuring a response to third-party subpoenas or data practices act
requests, as well discussing the increasing importance of focusing
on collecting, filtering, and producing data from
cellphones.

Presenters:
Brian Clark is an attorney at Lockridge
Grindal Nauen. Brian Clark's practice focuses on plaintiffs'-side antitrust
class actions and e-discovery advice for businesses of all sizes. Mr. Clark
frequently presents at CLEs regarding e-discovery, lead’s his firm’s e-discovery
practice group, served on the Minnesota State Bar Association E-Discovery
Working Group, is a Member of the Sedona Conference Working Group 1, and is a
Board Member for the Twin Cities Chapter of the Association of Certified
E-Discovery Specialists. Since 2014, Mr. Clark has taught an e-discovery seminar
at the University
of Minnesota Law School.
George N. Henry is an attorney at the Minneapolis City Attorney’s Office. He practices civil
litigation across a wide range of practice areas in lawsuits against the City.
George also specializes in e-discovery issues and litigation technology. Prior
to joining the City, George litigated at Meagher & Geer, PLLP doing
employment defense work, specializing in competition cases. George also
currently serves as the Chair of the MSBA New Lawyers Section.
