What can you do to protect your business or personal
mobile device? This presentation will focus on proactive steps attorneys can
take to limit risk of mobile data loss, breach, or corruption and also provide
advice they can share with their clients. We will discuss primarily personal
(consumer) mobile device security issues and opportunities to include
passcodes,Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, encryption, backup, and malware exploit protection.
But, we will also cover professional mobile tech issues and potential solutions
to include operating systems, password management, two-factor authentication,
VPN, mobile device management, app vulnerabilities, and mobile obfuscation. The
presentation will be highly interactive in style with a good deal of audience
involvement and direction setting.
The Computer and Technology Section Council will
meet at 11:30 a.m. followed by lunch and the CLE at noon.
