Hennepin County Bar Association Honors 7 with HCBA Excellence Awards

MINNEAPOLIS—The Hennepin County Bar Association (HCBA) is recognizing seven attorney members with HCBA Excellence Awards, given annually to honor service to the local legal community, legal profession, and association. The HCBA selected the recipients from nominations in several categories. The awards will be presented at the HCBA Judges Social on Wednesday, October 9. Recipients will be profiled in the Hennepin Lawyer this fall.
The following individuals will be recognized with 2024 awards:
- Thomas Boyd (Winthrop & Weinstine) for Improving Access to Justice/Pro Bono Service
- Debra Bulluck (Moss & Barnett) for Outstanding New Lawyer
- Yemaya Hanna (Maslon LLP) for Advancing Diversity and Inclusion
- Christopher Jison (Wells Fargo) for Mentoring in the Profession
- Jennifer Johnson (Stoel Rives) for Mentoring in the Profession
- Kathleen Murphy for Service to the Association/Foundation (awarded posthumously)
- Natasha Robinson (Fredrikson & Byron PA) for Mentoring in the Profession
