Remote Only Event
Please join us to kick off the
2024-2025 Labor & Employment Law Section’s CLE season with an expert panel discussing Minnesota’s recently-amended Earned
Sick and Safe Time (ESST) law. This advanced panel will provide
a brief overview of Minnesota’s ESST law and an update on the
Department of Labor & Industry’s rulemaking process. The panel then will discuss some of
the trickier compliance issues that have arisen under the law and changes
to the ESST law that will take effect January 1, 2025.
If you would like to submit a question in advance of the
CLE, please email Kari White at kwhite@mnbars.org by no later than September
12, 2024.
