Are you prepared to respond if the government requests information from your company or its employees? In this ninety-minute webinar, we’ll explore best practices for defending against government investigations of your business, how to successfully negotiate government tactics, and the risks involved. This presentation will cover obstacles and opportunities in defending government investigations, responding to CIDs and other demands for information, and how to prepare for and respond to search warrants.
