Remote Only Event
In 2023, privacy and cybersecurity continue to be a
focal point for regulators, patients, providers, investors, strategics, and
other industry stakeholders. This presentation will discuss key privacy and
cybersecurity risks for FDA regulated manufacturers as they design, manufacture,
and update connected devices and technologies.
We will review the legal background for these topics and offer practical
considerations for manufacturers, including: the impact of business models and
device design on privacy risk, approaches to collecting and using patient data,
and data ownership issues.
