In-house general counsel and private practice construction
lawyers will present panel discussions and answer questions regarding
wide-ranging changes in laws affecting the industry, including strict liability
for lower tier wage theft, new limitations on contractual indemnity and
insurance, legalization of marijuana, prohibitions on non-compete agreements,
and more. We will also conduct a short business meeting and hold elections for
the 2023-2024 Section Council.
