This legislative session has
produced an exciting array of changes in Minnesota’s housing laws affecting the
rights and responsibilities of residential landlords and tenants. If you are
already practicing housing law, this session will tell you all you need to know
to incorporate into your representation of landlords or tenants. And if you are
considering doing housing work pro bono, this training is an excellent
introduction to this challenging and dynamic practice
area!
