Overlooking certain tax issues could create a monster in the closet! Scott Ruhsam will help you understand the tax issues that come into play when you are drafting a client’s estate plan which thereafter flows and interplays with the administration of a trust or estate. In addition, Scott will outline the importance of the tax perspective during settlement options in estate and trust litigation…because no one wants the tax issue to come back and haunt them!
