An Introduction to the Copyright Claims Board

Event Description

The Copyright Alternatives in Small-Claims Enforcement Act of 2020 (or CASE Act) authorized the formation of the Copyright Claims Board, with the goal of providing litigants with an efficient, cost-effective, and user-friendly option to resolve certain copyright disputes valued at $30,000 or less.
