Sometimes, cessation of a firm is unexpected. Absent
advance planning, the consequences of a sudden stoppage of work can result in
chaos for clients, colleagues, and family members. Reduce uncertainty and
make a succession plan. This CLE will discuss topics related to transferring
ownership of a firm, as well as what ethical duties you owe in
