A lot has happened in the student loan arena in the last year, from continued COVID relief to the proposed cancellation of up to $20,000 per federal loan borrower.  This CLE will provide an update as to the current state of student lending, federal and private, covering matters spanning executive authority, legislation, and litigation.  Whether you have a practice that involves student loans, or have student loans yourself, you'll want to catch this 2022 update.
