Event Description

Annual elections will take place prior
to the CLE portion. Afterwards, Judge Cochran will present followed by Professor
David A. Schultz.
Administrative law through a variety
of lenses: practitioner, administrative law judge, and Minnesota Court of
Appeals judge. Judge Cochran will share her thoughts
about the practice of administrative law from a variety of perspectives,
including her most recent perspective as a Minnesota Court of Appeals
judge.
Professor David A. Schultz, Hamline
University Distinguished Professor of Political Science and University of
Minnesota Professor of Law, will carry on the annual tradition of providing a
concise and lively Administrative Law case law
update.
