by the MSBA Bankruptcy Section. There will be a brief Section business
meeting prior to the
CLE.
We will be discussing why County
Attorneys are involved in bankruptcy cases. We will be addressing four
areas: property tax, child support, benefit overpayments, and fines &
restitution.
We are happy to take your
questions. You may forward questions in advance to any member of the MSBA
Bankruptcy Section Council : Jeffrey Klobucar, Marie Martin, Cameron
Lallier, or Karl Johnson. Otherwise, you can ask your questions during the
presentation.
