Join this panel presentation to learn about the
Loveless a/k/a “leafy green” decision, the critical legal issues
involved and their far-reaching impact on the Minnesota industrial hemp and
retail CBD industries, including the potentially significant adverse economic
fallout. You will also learn about efforts to curtail these impacts via an
appeal of Loveless to the Minnesota Supreme Court and potential
legislation from attorneys, an author of corrective legislation, and an industry
CEO.
