Join us
for an informative discussion of the recent evolution of Article III standing in
consumer law cases. Spanning from Spokeo to cases decided in 2021, we will
analyze decisions from courts across the country. We will discuss the
different standards employed by various courts and identify which arguments have
been the most successful.
