In 2018, the HCBA/MSBA/RCBA joined together to spearhead the
Minnesota Unbundled Law Project to provide potential clients with easily
accessible referrals to attorneys interested in providing unbundled/limited
scope representation through a central website, mnunbundled.org. Potential
clients select the relevant area of
law and county in their search parameters. Attorneys receive referrals from the
project website and agree to report back on the outcome of their
referrals.
This session satisfies the
training process to be eligible to participate on the roster. In addition to the
training, participants will be provided with a Handbook containing helpful tools
for implementing this type of practice area in an efficient and ethical
manner. Topics covered in this CLE include ethics and insurance,
developing an effective business model and practical tips on how to build an
efficient, lucrative practice that includes limited scope services.
