Workplace Diversity and Inclusion – Success Stories and What You Can Do Going Forward

Event Description

Currently, all bar association programming is REMOTE-ONLY participation. There will be NO in-person attendance until further notice. Thank you.

Pre-registration is closed. If you want to attend this event, please email award@mnbars.org

This CLE program will feature a panel of diversity and inclusion leaders who will discuss tangible ways they have advocated for diversity and inclusion in their workplace. They will answer moderated questions and will also cover ideas for how we can continue to make concrete advancements in this area going forward. After the panel discussion, participants will move to breakout sessions where they will discuss the panelists’ remarks and the questions addressed. These breakout sessions will allow for collaborative brainstorming on how attorneys and firms can use their skills, position, and authority to incorporate diversity and inclusion in their work.  We hope participants leave with concrete action items for how they can advocate diversity and inclusion in their own workplace and circles of influence.
