Event Description

MSBA Virtual Convention - Session 7

If you would like to register for this program, please email Abby Ward at award@mnbars.org

How do we promote our own well-being and improve performance? And how do we set boundaries with clients and co-workers to make this possible? Learn the latest from the fields of neuroscience and neuro-management about the power of sleep and oxytocin (the trust molecule). Our panel will then discuss how to manage ourselves, set expectations with clients, co-workers, and superiors, and create a safe space to take care of our health and enhance performance.
