The roundtable discussion is from 10:30-11:00am.
As the practice of law changes and lawyers are constantly forced to adjust to
a new reality, the MSBA NLS Section will host bi-weekly roundtable discussions
as a way to connect and share how other new lawyers are navigating.
Session One - Virtual Pre-Trial Litigation
How has your practice
changed in the last few weeks? How are you handling the adjustment to virtual
pre-trial litigation? This roundtable discussion will focus on how to do virtual
depositions, mediation, witness interviews, and more. Learn from other’s tips
& tricks and share what has been working (or not working) for you.
