this one-hour CLE, Administrative Law Judge Eric L. Lipman will outline some
useful practice tips when preparing for your next complex utility matter.
This not-to-miss presentation will be a skill builder for anyone who is new to
utility law and a thought-provoking session for anyone who manages time,
resources or testimony in large utility cases.
