Volunteer Opportunities

A clinic requires the participation of volunteer attorneys and volunteer data entry personnel. Volunteers must attend a training session and observe at one clinic prior to volunteering.

If you are interested in volunteering, please review the upcoming training sessions schedule and contact us to sign up.

If you have already been trained and would like to volunteer for an upcoming clinic or observe, please review the upcoming clinics schedule and contact us to sign up.

*Please note that your volunteer services may be considered gifts to Wills for Heroes clients and could be impacted by statutes regarding gifts to public officials. If you are a lobbyist or lobbyist principal under Minnesota Statutes section 10A.071 (prohibiting certain gifts by lobbyists and principals to certain public officials) or an “interested party” pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 471.895 (prohibiting certain gifts by interested parties to public officials), you are not eligible to volunteer for any Wills for Heroes events effected by those statutes.*

Q:  Do volunteer hours for Wills for Heroes count towards the MSBA North Star Attorney program?
