Cooperative Private Divorce: Perspectives on the Proposed Legislation

This CLE examines proposed Minnesota legislation (HF 1348/SF 1361) to create a cooperative private divorce program and offer perspectives on what the program would mean for those involved in family transitions and the legal system. Specifically, the presenters discuss:
