Three members of the Minnesota Supreme Court’s ADR
Ethics Board share the details of the revised version of Rule 114 that the Board
plans to propose to the Supreme Court. Among the significant changes proposed
are expanded authority for the Board, itself, as well as increased training
requirements for ADR providers. The panelists explain the proposed changes and
seek your input on them. The panelists also give a brief update on the
complaints that the ADR Ethics Board hears most often about ADR
providers.
This CLE is available until October 1,
2017.
