HCBA’s Workers’ Compensation section is
back! Please join us for a lunch hour CLE discussing Johnson v. Darchuks
Fabrication, the recent Minnesota Supreme Court case that applied treatment
parameters to long-term opioid use. We will have attorneys from both sides
of the case to discuss facts that didn’t make it into the decision, provide
their thoughts on oral argument and answer any of your questions about this

latest news on COVID
