This program will discuss the differences between
Guardianship and Conservatorship Proceedings. The program will also highlight
under what circumstances these interventions are employed. Additional discussion
will illustrate what tools are considered less restrictive alternatives, the
powers and duties of a Guardian and Conservator, and the rights of the Protected
Person.
